When I go over bumps or rough road i get a tapping noise, its not a consistent noise like it doesnt have a rythm its random, it sounds like its coming from the wheels, you can hear it on both sides or occasionally on one side. Really annoying and seems to be getting louder, only started when I got some tyres put on a few weeks ago, atleast thats when I noticed it anyway. I was thinking it might be the hockey sticks as theres only a clip or 2 that arent broken so they are loose but like I said it really sounds like its coming from the wheels do you have any suggestions of what it might be?

Might be the anti roll bar links fairly common on the 306

Could be. They only check for play by hand and obviously a car cornering can put a hell of a lot more weight on a joint than a fat mot tester!

Hello guys the noise turned out to be a cap that covers the abs sensor, they were broken which caused them to rattle everytime I went over a bump. Just need a new set of caps now but can't seem to find any.
