Won't sound rubbish without the rears done, I've only ever uprated the fronts in mine.
Don't be fooled by the power figure though, they are 'only' 40W RMS, compared to standards which are 30W RMS iirc.
Power handling figures are bullshit, generally two speakers with the same rating will be totally different if one's cheap and one's expensive

I've got a similar pair like that in my car already, pioneer dual cone thing but weirdly only 16cm not 16.5
Sound pretty flat though I mistook them for being standard until I had the door cards off
