Cambelt done at 110k by previous owner.
Fitted new front bearings both sides.
New drop links.
New offside wishbone ball joint.
New nearside wishbone.
All electrics work ie windows, tilt/slide sunroof, wing mirrors.
Serviced regularly by myself. (Within last 2 months)
Clean and tidy inside/outside example of a PH1.
Found it to be comfy for my 80mile a day drive to work.
Reliable, starts and stops as it should.
Bad points-
Radiator cooling fans have recently stopped working, I was going to fit a slimline fan with FMIC so never bothered getting new'uns. Will investigate before sale.
Rip in back of drivers seat. (Only rear passengers can see it)
Small dent in near side arch.(previous owner)
V.Small rust spots on roof (about 4) which have never increased in size and were there when I bought it.
Requires new boot gas struts as it only holds the boot open when it knows your heads going to be in there, then booom the back of your noggin meets the boot Lol
Will need discs and pads soon.
Genuine reason for sale is I've seen a car I really want so this has to sell to raise funds. If it doesn't sell I will be happy to keep it and carry on with my plans.
