Hi there, my name is Johannes (aka Jos) and I'm from Holland...!
Got myself a nice little Pug 306 (ph2) with a XUD9 Turbo engine under the bonnet!
Slowly I'm turning it in a Phase 3 car, with some modifications here and there...
I'm probably the only Dutchman who is tuning his French diesel car,
tuned my Lucas, wanna tune my Bosch I bought, wanne fit the TD04 turbo,
just finisht fitting a nice FMIC in the bumper (don't have the tubes jet...)
so not very much people can help me work out the details...
(as far for dutch 306forum, no one has done anything like it...)
Hope to learn much here, but you will have to excuse me for my English Grammar...!
Lots of the information here on this forum is very technical,
and so: very hard for me to understand for 100%...
now, here are the pics! (or it didn't happen... )
when I bought it:
first up! car audio:
New Rims and interior!
Sticker Tuning...!!!
Last Summer, Pug Fest ENGLAND...!!!
and thats me (on the right in the black t-shirt), waving my arms around...
tada-tada-tada, thats all folks...!

Hey man, welcome along to the forum. Nice first post, if only we had more people like you!
Car looks good, not sure on the graphics down the sides personally, but as long as you like it, thats what counts. Needs some lows too.
Don't be afraid to ask questions, we cater to all skill levels.
And don't worry about your english either, i understood your post perfectly. I know english people that cant speak english as well as you!

haha, took you all long enough to see this...
no, it isn't attached to anything yet, but whats the point?
if I install it to my standard little KKK turbo, it would only have a negative affect...
when the TD04 is installed, than this FMIC will be used...
why did I already installed it in my bumper?
well, I had a ph2 bumper, but with the new bonnet and grill, I wanted to place the ph3 at the same time.
have 2 socks in the inlets of the intercooler, but just to be on the safe side, I will be washing it first...
NOT using it jet, gives the car what we call: a high 'Sjonny' level,
hard to explain: a typical 'Sjonny' is a VW Golf rider, with a cap on his head, hanging over his mid console/handbrake lever,
and when he looks through his side window, he has to look under his arm-pit, because he sits so low in the car...
hope this makes ANY sense to you...

Well, I have something not many have here on this forum...
GOT MY STEERING WHEEL ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CAR...!
not wanting to be touchy or anything, but it allows me to drive on the right side of the road, on the RIGHT right side of the road...!

haha, thanks...
the sub is a Audio System X-ion 15-1000 (2x500Watt).
gonna chance it to a Helon 15 SPL (2x1100Watt) in the future...
but first up: the Turbo...!
found this pic here on the forum:
can anyone tell me in EASY English how this was done?
got the turbo, got those iron plates like on the picture...
could use a step by step description plan before I take of my original KKK...
please understand, there isn't a breathing soul in Holland who understands
what the f*ck I'm doing with a petrol Subaru turbo,
but this turbo was recommended by Darren J Lobb to me personal...!
got to do this shit all by my self...

not all at ones please...
well, I'm fitting the turbo, doing the pump conversion, still wanna do the GOV-mod, not sure of the LDA mod right away...
the FMIC was already in place, gonna mount all the bits together to get it all done in 1 time...!
so, placing a new head gasket, timing belt, water pump, tensioners, well, the LOT!
some pics...
found a few problems on the way, posted them in another section of the forum...

Why do the dutch 306 owners not do diesel tuning?
You could put this up in the projects section, you might get some more help. Not many people read the newbie thread
