Ive PMd him but will put this here for future help.
The standard injectors at peak duty cycle are good for about 190-200bhp. Most going for more than that fit 440cc injectors as these are the most common available as a aftermarket injector. There are plenty of injectors in-between standard and 440 (which should see you up to about 350ish bhp) but you will have to do your home work to find ones compatible with your ECU. You need standard height Bosch type injectors and even then, you need to confirm resistance as some are different. Im pretty sure there is a brown top Bosch injector from a saab 93 which works fine and is about 350cc.
If buying Bosch 440cc ones (green top ones), always buy genuine ones. The Chinese copies are cheaper but just do not work well if at all. If they seem cheap, they aren't real. I picked up a second hand set for £80 delivered with a new set of micro filters and seals but brand new, they are about £50 each. The Bosch part number you are after is 0280 150 558. Make sure its this part number as they do a 440cc green top on a different number which is a different spray pattern and from what I've been told, they don't work as well on these engines.
