Arc Audio? Kar12 reviews?

Hi all just went and got me a 12inch Arc Audio Kar12 subwoofer dual 4 ohm. Very nice don't no the power rating or if this sub if rated any good? Bargain tho.
What do people think about this subwoofer? and Arc in general? As im thinking about buying a matching amplifier?

Iirc arc audio are yank which in my experience is not a bad thing as the laws over there mean it has to be as good as the specs say or the yanks will just sue each other typical Americans lol
