Afternoon chaps,
Currently in the middle of breaking the 306 before the scrap man comes to collect it, if anyone is in need of some parts..
All prices are collected. Postage by courier is generally £10 for next day.
9mm Gov-Modded, lda ground Bosch pump.
Mod work done by Dan!, including use of transit pump governor cradle. This will include: Pump, pulley, woodruff key, fuel lines, injectors, pump bracket, all associated bolts. In it's current state, the pump made 140bhp on the rolling road, when used with a T2 turbo. - £90
Phase 1 smoothed front grille, including hockey sticks. Matt black. - £15
Momo-esque steering wheel, including boss. Note that this boss will either require removal of the plastic surrounding the steering wheel, or some modification to it. - £25
Twin air horns, including wiring, relay and bracket made to clamp to battery box. - £10
Boost gauge including some rubber tubing (will throw in free oil pressure gauge). Is in good working order, and lights up blue. - £10
Ball-bearing manual boost controller, brass body. Will include red silicon hose, suitable for T2 etc. - £10
Panasonic CQ-C1323NW Head unit, with correct 306 fascia - £15
I also have various other parts which can be made available, including -
Inlet manifold, T2 turbo with manifold, factory fit tow bar with electrics, 2 x XUD cam covers, alternator, starter motor, carbon fibre wrapped bonnet.
Plus pretty much any other part you can think of.
Also for sale is the shell, an excellent condition phase 1, which will include: XUD block, head, gearbox (with new clutch), full exhaust (with scorpion back box), lowered rear GTI axle, lowered front springs, 4 wheels.. Ready to roll basically. - £150.
Further parts, photos etc. available on request.
Cheers,
Toby.

Mmm without being too pedantic about it, posted price would be £10.90.
This MBC was bought from Mumby developments originally for double that price, so is good value imo

Any more pics of it? I'm genuinely interested, can it be adjusted from inside the cabin etc?

Aye I can go take some more now. To route it inside the cabin you may need a bit more silicon hose, but yep you can. In my setup it was left in the engine bay to prevent sudden urges.
I'm pretty sure the Ginger Ninja ran the same MBC, but in the cabin, in his previous sigma.
With regards to the steering wheel, this particular boss was too large to fit in the hole in the cowling. I got bored and so just removed the plastic #becauseracecar, but there's no reason why a little trimming wouldn't work.
Alternatively, a 'thinner' boss would be required.

Pics, Sir.
As mentioned, comes with 2 bits of red silicone hose, roughly 50cm each.

Standard Bosch, looped round past the radiator and back through the pump mount.

Like a boss
Adjusting is simple. Turn screw in to increase resistance and therefore increase boost pressure. This MBC is rated to 40 psi.

Horns are perfectly legal, two-tone as per the regs., wiring is simply spliced into existing horn so can be reversed if need be. Includes the black relay which sits in the fuse box by the battery. Also has bracket which KrisB made to attach them to battery box
