D8a rebuild Head gasket and headbolts?

Hi guys,

Are all decent quality head gaskets MLS these days or do I need to specify that it is?

Where is the best place to get one?

The head has been skimmed, how do I use this info to decide what thickness gasket I need? (Not sure how many 1/1000ths yet!)

Are all D8a head bolts the same size?

Are Febi OEM quality?

Have looked at the ECP website and there are 6 options for the Head gasket. What should I expect to pay for a Headgasket. Last one I bought was about 10 years ago for a 325i!
