- Switch ON / OFF for the alternator load = economy some HP motor in turning.

- Delete a max weight unnecessary because -100Kg = +10Hp.
Cutting all plastques shock absorbers behind bumpers in the trunk.
- Properly distribute the masses moving battery and tank and windshield washer
fluid in the trunk,
- Replace the original glass windows with heavy Makrolon,much lighter
(attention to safety if it is to run all day with).
- Remove the spare wheel cage in favor of a fastening system Homemade.
- Preparing a fastening system of the rear seat with butterfly metal not
plastic (to be able to remove it easily).
- Replace the original steering by one electric of Saxo or 106 Phase2.

- It's possible to mount a turbo 406 T16 kind VAT25 with 2-3 modifications.

are TU and XU petrol and diesel possible use it in any Plug & Play with some
modifications.
- It's possible to find some head pump Bosch 12mm on these vehicules :
4x4 Land Rover et Nissan Cabstar.
- Gearbox 406 HDi Estate society with Fifth gear 405 L Essence if possible
or gearbox of 306 2.0 HDi type ref 20TB51 or :
Keep the 306-405TD gearbox and just replace the bevel with a 17*59
- For the LDA : Cone LDA N°56 de 605 ou 405 TD.,N°34 court JR,
N°51 JR taillé à 13,5° Cotes Oettinger-N°72 RA-SB,N°36H VW Passat TDI 110,

- Cut the plastic surrounding the propeller radiator before leaving almost as
fasteners and so it let the air directly to the radiator for better cooling

- Replace original camshaft XUD9TE by a camshaft Sharper atmospheric XUD9 or XUD7.
- Add Modine oil cooler of 205 GTI 1.9 on the XUD9TE,Opening with thermostat at
80°C,85°C.
- Mounting gasket reinforced and polishing the yoke.
- Thermally insulating the exhaust manifold and all elements of turbos in amount
of a sheath air intake mounted in the car forced to direct cool air to the
elements that heat.
- Replace the cooling system of the D8A by these of DHY phase2 more better and
more efficient.
- Replace the exhaust line for 2.1TD than XUD11 with one Silent 306S16 GrN or
any line échapement for XUD9T must be optimized with a minimum diameter of 63mm with ultimately a silencer stainless steel of at least 85mm and 110-115mm max.
- Increase the oil pressure hose and mount aviation oil circuit

- To mount Peugeot strengthened triangles, there are triangles
306S16 for identical triangles 306HDi.These references triangles
are Ref: 3520.K0 and 3520.G0 normally solded 700€ the pair.
- To strengthen the original front triangles, simply mount
silentblocs Ref Peugeot: 3523.83, triangles Partner, Berlingo
Xsara and original elements have strengthened but are less wide
about 20mm than 306 flares front hubs + channels to compensate for
the missing 20mm.
- These elements are very close to the technical characteristics of
parts or type PTS Racing-Competition.

- Torsion bars Xsara VTS 167hp rear are 21mm original
and those GTi6 306S16-HDi Xs and 20mm are original.
- After installing big brakes on the front, why not adapt front
brakes original S16, TD HDi or another PSA on the rear of 306.
- Beams crossings rear PSA yellow are strengthened,some are black
but also difficult to identified among normals.
- Fit a limited slip differential set at 40% with box speed and shafts.
- Installation of a front sway bar 22mm.
- To optimize fresh air into the engine it may be useful to cast an

- Installation of 2 front fenders, hood and tailgate rear fiber composite
for optimal weight gain.
