il let you know once ive welded the subframe
but it has not got the tipping mechanisum on this set of wheels
i will keep my eyes in the skip for the upgraded reclining version of the wheels
but the seat itself has reclining on it

before ive even welded the chair frame ive upgraded to the tipping frame,
works really well!
mounted the wheels so the centre of gravity is far back in the chair now i can tip and recline the chair flat and it dont tip my fat arse over off the wheels
