Knocking

As title
When im breaking but only sometimes theres a knocking sounds like its coming from the rear on drivers side what could it be?

is it a single knock or more than one? Does it do it under heavy breaking/fast acceleration?

Could be beam mounts
Also check the shocks bolts are tight etc.
Also check wheel bolts (personal experience)

its mostly under breaking and its a couple of knocks

As matt said. maybe one of the caliper bolts?
