Fri - finish at 5pm then a 1.5hr journey home, exercising extreme self restraint and not pulling several muppets out of their cars and beating the absolute f#$k out of them (normal friday afternoon on the M42 and M5)

Sat - Gym. All that rage going into a new bench press max and then avoiding this wedding bollocks by continuing to drill spot welds on the 306. Bbq with great friends later

Sun - two parts of f#$k all!
