FOR SALE: 2003 Peugeot Partner 1.9

Hi All,
My old girls Partner is for sale.
We have had this van for about 3 years now and since it was on about 60k. We also knew the previous owner who had it since a few years old. Its been very well maintained by the previous owner and us and anything its needed over the years has been done. Its currently on 99k and due an MOT very soon (which i see no reason at all why it will not pass except for one tyre which is close to the legal limit). It had a full service no more than 100 miles ago including cam belt and water pump....which is where there is a slight issue. For some reason, the cam pulley bolt has worked its way loose and i think the timing has run out slightly. I don't know how this has happened because the bolt was never undone when the belt was done but there we go, whats done is done!
It had a new LUK clutch kit less than 10k ago, both window regulators fixed (common issue on these to break), new COM2000 unit about 2 years ago.
Its had seat covers in for all of its life so the interior looks great for a almost 100k work van!
 
Chances are you could probably take the belt off, start again and it would be ok but I'm sure most on here would want to drop a XUD or better in it
 
We are after £350 ONO for it. In a running condition (on much more milage and worse condition) these are selling for £800-900. If i had time to fix it, i would (or drop a SC6 lump in it ) but i just haven't got time hence it being sold as a non runner. 
As you would expect for a 13 year old van, there are dents and scrapes but overall its in very good condition. It would benefit from a machine polish though!! As far as i can see, theres no rust on it at all. We have all the previous paperwork, key card, logbook and 2 keys. 
Its been an absolute hero of a van and never once let us down (until now )  
 
The van is located in Epsom, Surrey. FYI, the black marks on the paint are from where sign writing has been removed. Will come off easily with a bit of polish which I will try and do before it goes
