You will probably want 15mm spacers with them. They look cool though, 3 spokes are ballerrr 8-)

As Dan says, 10 or 15mm spacers would be needed. Centre bore is the same though so no spigot ring required.
I'm sure someone will confirm this, but 205/40/16's will put out your speedo by ~5%

You need to find out what the center bore of the wheels is.
If its less than 65.1mm then those hubcentrics your gonna need will have to be custom made.
If its larger than 65.1mm then youll need some spigot rings.
If it is 65.1mm then your a lucky boy.
