I've managed to remove a few seized ones with mole grips.
Most of the fasteners holding it in are totally rusted and chewed though so it might be worth buying some new ones.

I sorted it. Soaked in wd40 for 3 days. The screw that holds the yellow sensor in was so rusted the threads crumbled haha
