On my other car not a peugeot the Front brake or brakes making ch - ch - ch - ch - ch sound
The proton wira front brake or brakes making ch - ch - ch - ch - ch sound. Only does this when hard braking. When normal braking or driving along there nothing.
if the noise is a *ch - ch - ch - ch - ch - ch - ch * kind of sound...you probably have a bent backing plate or something stuck behind.
Old vented front discs with newish pads.

I took all the brakes of all apart. The pads are fine but I rough them up on the concreate. The calipers push in fine on both sides also slide fine. The discs had scratch lines on the passanger side you could feel with your nails. Then on the driver side it was starting to go there as well.
There nothing catching anywere at all checked both sides.
Ive put other discs on with other pads but still that noise.

Mine did this when I had 13" alloys on because the caliper was catching the wheel when braking.

That's not a new disk...
Is it not warped?

Could be warped - seems as though it's 'catching' when it's applied

Also putting it in the right section would have helped....
