I've a surplus GTi6 battery box with both lids, removed from a GTi6 I am breaking.
The main lid has one snapped prong, which is often the norm these days with most having lost more.
Someone at some point has removed material from the area where the positive cable protrudes. Can be neatened with a file or similar.

Possibly, if you constantly advertised it until the right person saw it. I've broken umpteen GTi6's now and get used to what people are prepared to pay. There's also only so long you can hold on to stuff if you want top money.
I've also got a another box with a broken top fixing for the bracket if anyone wants a cheap box to cut the ECU section off for moving the actual battery to the boot.
