Because a "normal" superbike is obviously just too slow.
300hp on a motorbike is going to be utterly bonkers, especially when it is still trying to put that power down through a single small contact patch

300bhp in a bike? Madness. If it can put it all down it will be unbelievably fast.

Yer the turbo just wants to light up the rear wheel when comes on boost and with the long ass swing arm you really had to fight it down in the corners!
I'm on the look out for a cheap hp4..

A supercharged bike might be ok with that power.. but the fireblade turbo is just crazy, yeah its quick but its tooo quick to use tbh. You cant just pull away quickly in it lol

A cousin used to ride a Yamaha FJ1200 which he said was capable of 0-60 in 2.4 seconds "if you can keep the front wheel on the ground", and I can't imagine it was anywhere near that power output. Scary, but then my most powerful bike to date has been a Suzuki V-Strom 650...

My car probably has less than 50% of that power and weighs a whole lot more. I just can't imagine how quick that will be.

Its weight is likely around 180-200kg plus rider. So lets say I am riding...so thats somewhere around 250kg.
So its about 1200bhp per tonne.
Most of our 306s are more like 100-150bhp per tonne.

One of these or the koenigsegg one:1, that would be interesting.
