Hi all.
The o/s/r road wheel has more negative chamber than the n/s.
Ive look on ebay for complete rear axles but someone said at work
That its more likely to be a stub axle as 306s are apparantly prone for this
Issue. Can anyone shed some info as what to change first.
Many thanks.

Don't listen to that person in work... Its most likely the trailing arm bearings, one of the common faults on a 306 and a replacement beam will be your best bet

I did wander about the rear axle. Ive never known a 306 with a bent stub axle. Ill try and source an axle or buy the repaair kit off ebay.

Will it say how to change the radius arm bearings in a haynes manual?.
I cant afford to buy a new axle so will rebuild my original one.

You don't need to buy a new one, just a decent second hand one which is ok, then you can take your time to rebuild your current axle. Then swap it back on and sell the second hand one back on
