weathers ok so i thought I would use the sunroof;
so started working it backwards/forwards while spraying loads of silicone/release oil along the runners, as its months since it last opened.
feeling very smug that its still ok after all these years---until I tried to close it , humming/buzzing and plastic gears being munched in the headlining.
do I get a 2nd hand roof and replace it all or a pair of repair gears off amazon ??

Tbh don't think many had sunroofs, mostly AC, so obviously less of them to go wrong. Out of all the 306s I've owned only one had a sunroof lol.
