Saw it and thought the same...great base for a track car...you could sell all the interior and plastics etc. and you'd have ended up paying barely anything for the base car.

1-its a blaze
2-cambelt done at 103, currently mileage 149 so need s done asap
3-clutch starting to slip
So cambelt and clutch would be over 200 in parts say if you did you self but if you took it to a garage you'd probably be looking at the best part the £600 pounds
Maybe a deal if you're going do the work yourself if not I don't it's that great, though at that price you could ever make or breaking it, lot of hassle for sake of £100/£150.

Serious chance I may get a '6 next year for track fun as the price of them has dropped massively...plus with new tax rules can tax it when I need it...and can live with a tatty one...
