IT HELP - uninstall issues

Hi all

I need to UNINSTALL Microsoft Office Click to run 2010 and Microsoft Office Starter (English) pack but try to uninstall as says 30015 error. Cant find any news for this on the net/

Tried uninstalling it in Safe Mode also and still did not work, how i can manually get rid of these programs?

What about CCleaners uninstaller? Not sure if that would work or not really, just an idea.

Just go into the drive and delete the programs manually, then click uninstall and it'll just say that it isn't there anymore and remove it from the list, clean the registry afterwards with something like c cleaner to remove the shite

programs are not listed on the drive - it seems they are listed on Q drive which says its protected?

Read down to one of the responses and download the tools from the guys skydrive, follow his steps
