Air blockage? water pump? Does it over heat?

when i rev it past 3,000 it tends to creap up a little but not much and goes back down when i cruise but that could also be from iduction kit as its not in the best place atm, and i dont really kno too much about were to ckeck for air blockage, or how to kno if the water pump needs replacing

Have you bled the coolant system on top of the engine, it may be an air lock.
