That'll be probably a bit of oil from the breather system - they breathe their crankcase vapour to the inlet system, so it'll always be a bit oily... Your turbo may well be passing a bit of oil too, but I've seen turbos last for another 100k when just passing a little oil, it's not uncommon at all...
My turbo has been doing it for the last 20k miles, nothing to worry about unless you get a chronic whining sound from it!!!

Yer as said normal tbh, best to put a small filter in your boost gauge pipe just in case.
