If it's running on its definitely the fuel pressure regulator at fault. I had this exact same problem and a new fuel pressure regulator sorted it

| The engine starts and runs absolutely fine - just lacking in the power department. i've had a quick look at lift pump and fuel pressure but these appear to be related to starting and continuing to run... |

| I've bought an EGR inlet blank from ebay and fitted it with homemade gaskets.
Am I done or do I need to disconnect the EGR solenoid?
