| Motorola moto G 3rd gen ticks all those boxes for less than £150, that's the phone iv got seems pretty bullet proof so far but I do keep it in a case. It's also submergable for half an hour |

Also marking the compressor wheel to the shaft with a fine sharpie pen should be enough to keep balance ? |

I won't add the restrictor will just rebuild and retry, I suspect the chra was bad from the word g... |
