yeah. Wings are fine, all the impact was behind. Few little chips to top of passenger side but on the whole pretty good. Going to have a go at cutting the lock off the driver side door this weeken...

tbh the first thing I would be doing is taking the head off and seeing if a piston is floating around in there. I certainly wouldnt be trying to start it again.

there was a guys 306 that burnt out on pug306 just after he bought it from another member when driving in snow. When we looked into it this connector was suspected to be the cause of the fire.

in what way? Does it have some wierd load compensator on there? If so then get that off, you don;t need it. I would swap over all your brakes (calipers, cables, discs, pads) onto the new beam. ...

Same as a HDI Dturbo hatch beam. Compared to a HDI meridian estate it will be lower, stiffer ARB, slightly softer TBs. Compared to a lower spec HDI estate I don't know. Ps I have a GTI beam on mine....

wiring is weird with the hazard and indicator set up. If you take out the hazard light switch then you lose all indicators but if something goes wrong with the indicator bit then the hazards normally ...
