Personally I'd change it for peace of mind. Not an expensive or hard job if you're doing it yourself. Then again I always change the belt on every new car I have haha

Would there be any advantage of converting the gearbox to run a pull type clutch like the xud's? And then buy a cg clutch for a 1.9 xud as people seem to have more success with the xud kits over the h...

I know this is in the xud sections but for people running stage 2 and above hdi's would it hold more power converting to the xud setup of a pull clutch or sticking with a push type clutch from cg?

Many people have used cg clutches though with good success although I have heard equal amounts of bad reviews

Removed and changed a few engines in these. Get the egr cleaned up/blanked as it causes no end of trouble. They have a lot of problems with going into limp mode but cleaning the two boost sensors fixe...

Not sure, I was toying with the idea of an s2000 filter and then custom make a heatshield and sit it where the battery would be. But not sure if it is worth it.

Probably why my maf is dead too then. As far as I know most people say the standard airbox with a panel filter is best.

Engine : stage 2 hdi. Oil: used many since I've owned it shell/triple qx/technolube etc. Comment: not noticed any difference between them but tend to stick with shell oil now.
