TD04's are much happier at around 23-24psi (you'll have to double check the compressor map yourself if you can be bothered to be 100% sure) but that should put you somewhere in one of the efficiency i... |

Running the turbo at 32psi is completely stupid, it is way out of it's efficiency range, try turning it down by about 10 psi and your inlet temps will drop.
A FMIC will help, but you really need to... |

Find a compressor map for your turbo and learn how to use compressor maps if you don't already know, then you'll be able to work out how much boost to run.

I don't have it yet but I've been offered one at a good price with a spare manifold and some material for adaptor plates etc... all I'd need is a downpipe. Standard oil lines will fit. Should be fairl... |

From what I've seen, these TD04's go for around £80-120 and a GT2052S goes for £200+ although you see the occasional one at £150+ but the majority are well above £200.

To cure boost creep, you can either weld up the standard internal wastegate, and fit a larger external one, or you can port/enlarge the standard one, but you may have to fit... |

Usually happens when the actuator spring becomes too weak to hold the wastegate shut, and it starts to open before the set amount of boost.

I'd keep the wastegate if possible, and do whatever needs to be done to control boost properly, use a manual boost controller, even use a different actuator/change the spring if you really have to.
