Apparently, petrol cars legally had to be OBD compliant by 2001 - as to what degree I don't know, and 'some' were ready well before... Works on mine though, which in honesty is all that's important to...

My mum's 106... Occasionally, it won't start. It'll turn over fine, but not attempt to fire. Leave it for a minute and it'll start. Most of the time it just starts on the button and the failure ...
