- No dangerous/ridiculously parking (like stopping in the outside lane of the m6)
- Clearly obstructing emergency services, unless approval is sort by the them.

Ill think youll find that it does if i can turn off the engine, lock the doors and leave it there for long enough to take a picture.
Also for the amount of stick that I get im pretty sure that parking on/in a bollard fits the "you cant park it there" thing
