PM Pete, he's a bike guy Wink

RE: mesh dirt jump bike - Pete - 08-01-2013

Jump bikes aren't really my thing TBH, More of a XC/Trail centre kinda guy myself! Have a look on Egay/Pinkbike to see what similar bikes are doing price wise Smile

EDIT: Found the same bike on the bay of E, £120 BIN

Looks like an old dmr, not great, pretty cheap even when new. Id say £100 is about all its worth. A good base to build from and to get you going but i wouldnt get it if you want it long term. What is it your after the bike for? Dirt jump specifically? Whats your budget?

RE: mesh dirt jump bike - Grant - 09-01-2013

Yeah absolute top end I'd pay for that would be £100. If it was second hand on the bay, i wouldnt want to part with more than £80 maximum. As said, its a fair base to build from. If you were going to be DJing then I'd lose the mile long stem, flat oversized bars, lose the front brake, and get a disc on the back.
