Had half an hour of fun with a mk4 Orion 1.6 CVH in a scrapyard once before it met its doom
(Mercury grey Ghia as well in good nick - still upsets me)
You can't just make flames with any petrol engine though!!

Matt Id of thought the amount of fuel your car is throwing out the exhaust it wouldnt so much spit flames as leave a trail of fire behind it.

That's because all old Fords are worth big money. Decent Sierras are over a grand, mk2 Fiesta XR2s are 2 grand-ish, mk1 XR2s are 3-4 grand, there's a series 1 Escort RST going for £7995 on Ebay....
