Kiwi ZX Volcane - softlad - 28-12-2012

To start the project thread I have started to strip the engine to replace the head gasket and also started to source parts for the rebuild.
Parts so far-
Xantia inlet manifold
front mounted intercooler
steering column boost gauge
set of mag wheels to replace originals
T25 & TD04 turbos

This leads me to my first question, I have sourced 2 turbos a Garrett T25 & a TD04(with anti-lag fins)
Which turbo give the better results and is the easier to fit in place?

td04 will be less laggy and probs more power from what i've heard so i'd go for that . .Smile

T25 is more of a 'bolt on' fitment though (no custom plates or oil lines needed).

And if you like the spike off boost on a T2 then you'll love it on a T25. Tongue
