i`ve bought planet and lead. but it doesn`t want to connect to validate. im after someone in the stockport area whom i could come and see with my laptop and use their lead and computer to narrow down what could be wrong - if its a lead or the unit etc

RE: planet help - Niall - 20-12-2012

cheers Niall. yeap. installed pp2000_9B_22.14. plugged in the usb to unit so the green light comes on. but its still asking to validate, but it say`s that its not connected, in use by another program etc

RE: planet help - Niall - 20-12-2012

Drivers arnt installed properly. Plug the cable in, go to device manager and uninstall the drivers for it. Search for new devices and when it prompts you, install the drivers from the disc. Make sure that when your using PP2000, you have the usb plugged into the same port as the one you installed it on.

RE: planet help - Poodle - 20-12-2012
