But apprently they cant replace the phone anymore, and ive still got 8 months of contract left!! 24 month contracts are FML!!! RE: HTC one X Jellybean - r3k1355 - 19-12-2012 They should offer you an alternative at least. RE: HTC one X Jellybean - darrenjlobb - 19-12-2012 Apprently i must abuse my phone, as 4 phones in a year is un normal....I mean yes im a farmer, my phone gets a hard life, but its just a shit phone / isnt made well enough as far as im concerened.... The fact i was using it to drive in a nail is besides the point frankly. lol! Darren, my sensation had exactly the same problem. As it happens there is a design fault with how the battery sits in the phone. Mine restarted every 10 minutes no matter what I did. All i did was wedge a bit of paper at the bottom of the battery so the pins would connect peoperly. Mine didnt restart itself again unless it froze, but thats because it really is a shit phone. Give it a try. Hopefully it'll work fine. RE: HTC one X Jellybean - darrenjlobb - 19-12-2012 Thanks Andy, have already tried that tho sadly, have got bits of paper jammed in there, and in the simcard bit, but the contacts on the lid are just worn out / screen is smashed and its just screwed, shittest phone ive owned in my life! RE: HTC one X Jellybean - Andy - 19-12-2012 Ahh that sucks. I had to get rid of mine after 10 months. Never had so many problems with a phone. Just think that there will be updates of this One X when you are able to upgrade. Then you can do a smug face at Scott, Edd and myself as we will be stuck with our One X's Already want the One X+ so bad. So do i, but only so I can tell fooby & Scott I've got the phase4 version of the onex ![]() The onex+ is only an overclocked version of the same processor as the one x, with a better battery (big plus in fairness), and better camera... Tbh, the jellybean update makes it prettymuch as good anyway ![]() Hope they've brought something super-shiny out for my next upgrade though!
