anyone know if they share a beam with anything thats easy to get hold of? and also tortion bars are they same as 306 ones or anything like that?

309 beams fit 205s but arn't easy to get hold of. And 306 torsion bars and ARBs are too long to fit 205 beams.

Xsara VTS bars are what you need for a cheap ish upgrade, 21mm, ARB thou is smaller on some at 23mm

If he was wanting to upgrade his 306 beam then yes, Xsara VTS TBs would be the way to go but they don't fit 205 beams. 306 TBs are like 3" longer.
If I were you, I'd just grab 1.9 TBs and ARB and get some good adjustable dampers for the rear.
