yo dude this it looking very nice i've been following you on the gti owners site looks f*cking epic to say the least .. what ive been meaning to ask on the first photo you've posted here ... what light are they on the black? clear euro spec? o.0 if so .. maybe put them on? Big Grin your cars so awsome but a bit on the dark side dont ya think? dark on dark etc lol lights might bring it up a bit.. but also might make it look 406'ish at a first glance :oops:

Thanks for the praise mate! the rear light was damaged and all the grey plastic had come off leaving the chrome reflector showing.

I was thinking that silver wheels would look better. Maybe they'll be the last thing i'll do once the cars 100% finished.

That is an awesome build think ive seen this done before by ecosse peugeot but i think it was literaly a 3 door front welded to a sedan rear, was a green one iirc

I dont think they welded a front to a rear as the roof is different on the sedan (raised roof skin) and the eccosse one has the sedan roof front to back. I expext they did something very similar to the way I did it.

cool i just thought i heardit had a 3 door front end but i may be wrong

The bodywork was very time consuming but well worth it. I'm very proud of it. Thanks for the good comments.
I live in North Devon by the way. The road is between Torrington and Bidefordand has fantastic views over the forrest. There's plenty of amazing roads like this in the area. Perfect for enjoying the dynamic chassis of the Gti6!
