F*CKING PAISLEY FREIGHT!!! - Oil-burner - 08-11-2012
So pissed off right now!
So I sold my cyclones over on the 106 foum to a guy in Wales, ordered a courier with paisley freight on their 5wheels and tyres package for £35. There was 4wheels and tyres and a spare tyre with the bolts in etc.
Collection was booked for Tuesday so had the day off work to wait for the courier, waited at my mums (where I kept the wheels) from 7am till 8pm ... No courier!
Emailed them to complain and apparently he came at 3.40pm.
I know for a fact he didn't turn up because they have 3 doorbell receivers downstairs, one in the kitchen, living room and hallway. Plus they have 3 dogs that go ape shit as soon as anyone goes near the door!
So anyway I let it go and booked it for yesterday (yet anther day off work) and he came this time so all was good!
So now I get a message from the lad at the other end, why is there only 3 alloys??
Yes, you've guessed they've lost one of my wheels!!
I'm absolutely furious!

God knows what's gonna happen now, luckily the lad on the other end is sound and isn't going too mental ATM but it really isn't on!
I rang them and they are currently looking for the wheel but how long it's gonna take is another question!

we ship alloys/tires/steelies on a daily basis they are no easy to loose! how the f did they manage that! Monkeys working For higher Monkeys.

I'd never heard anything bad about paisley before lol! Usually use my hermes myself, never had a problem. Sent several alloys and never lost any so far.

I've always used them tbh, I've never had a problem with them before.
I broke the 1.8 earlier this year and never had a problem with anything I posted apart from some dewiper grommets that were ripped out of the envelopes by royal fail!
Still not found them 2 hours later!
Could really do without this tbh, more hassle than its worth!
Probably would have been better off weighing them in!

Right what do you suggest is my next option?
I rang them at 11.30ish to say one was missing, she said they would investigate it and get back in a couple of hours.
I tried to ring them at 3.40 knowing the phonelines close at 4pm and got no answer so I'm still no wiser as to where this wheel is!
Really not impressed at all!

I got an email back from them asking me to fill in a form, then they said they would start a 3 day warehouse search!
3 DAYS???
