Clutch judder? - Pete - 06-01-2012 The clutch on the van has started to judder when pulling away in 1st, And judders quite badly when reversing. Worn clutch? Heard somewhere it could be the gearbox mounts too but theres no other un-toward knocking I've noticed. Could this be connected to the fact the fanbelts also started to slip when the clutch is dipped? Or just coincidence I reckon  Any ideas on a fix 'cos its a royal PITA! ![]() Cheers, Pete Re: Clutch judder? - Atterz - 07-01-2012 Id say its one of the 3 engine mounts! Thats what ive always been told.. clutch judder = mounts Re: Clutch judder? - Pete - 07-01-2012 Cheers for the reply mate, this is how my day ended.. ![]() Turn out the release bearing was on it way out, Got worse and collapsed today, New clutch needed.
