Steel wheels with legal tread (west midlands area) - 331sam331 - 30-10-2012
Seem to be having trouble finding any on eBay, just some cheap and cheerful wheels needed while my alloys are being refurbed.
Must be legal and safe.
Not bothered about the condition of the rims in terms of looks.
