How can I go about changing ARB Bushes? - D@wson - 30-10-2012

Well I have had a pretty bad veg leak in the past which has begun taking its toll on the ARB bushes. I have been under and inspected only to find they are practically disintegrated along with my lower engine mount. I was wondering if anyone could shed any light and tell me if I am going to have to remove the sub frame or not to change the bushes?

Thanks,
Richie Dodgy

Should be able to get away with doing it with the subframe on... Just take bolt out that clamps the wishbone p bush and arb bush in place and attack it that way. Will probably need the whole front end off the ground to relieve any pressure on the bar before you do it.

I had to drop my sub frame. Take the ARB out change them then put the ARB back. Was easier IMO rather that than doing it with ARB still in.
