PITA to do though. Is a very tight space to rout it though. And miss every thing. You have to take movement on idle into consideration aswell . Other wise it rattles like f*ck lol

You dont get any smoke entry to the car even with the rear window down.

Danny i think the pump will be getting an extra tune. And i will be repating all off the above untill i get to the point where i drive around town and people are running for cover

Nop done a 45min drive today not melted atall. Iv set the tip up in such a way that it should recive minimal heat from the exhaust/gases

Yeah i realised this after i posted the thread and it came up with the realted theads at the bottom. Get the hdi mapped up and you can get some smoke on.

He's got a siemans ECU iirc so a PITA to map, i'm not stupid enough to have my windows down all the time J.. it'll just make my car a bit dusty Tongue

Is there no way atall you can swap to the better ECU in a hdi?

Gonna be something I'll sort once its got a FMIC, Then I'll just stage 2 it and melt the clutch lol..RS tuning can map it but it costs £400! Sad

You'll be winding down the passenger window when next to walls lots now lol

Has to be done dude. Partner on a stage 2 will be pretty epic. You need to bring the side exit up behinde the passenger seat and exit where the fuel filler is but on the passenger side . But box it in inside though. That would be winning.

I bin drivin around with the rear passenger window down already. Sounds porn with the cherry bomb on it. Big Grin

Epic, been looking to do this with the estate the last few weeks, just going to sleeve fit everything and have the tip separate from the pipe like on supercars with the shiny tips that don't actually touch the exhaust system...

Chris , this basicaly what i have done the only contack the exhaust has with tip is 2 bolt which have been used to pinch the tip to the pipe. Very little heat radiates through to the tip. Iv done a fair bit of driving this weekend and the plastic bumper dosnt even go soft from the heat let alone melt. Im pretty impressed with it. Just on the look out for a another tip
npw. I want somthing a bit different. But not sure what.

Matt. It would be a bit on the difficut side to get it out before the back wheel as you cant bring it through the body any where. ( which looks sexual like mine Big Grin

) there for it would hang way to low
