It had an advisory on last mot so want to get it sorted

wire thingy on an angle grinder, kurust or similar, then filler, primer and paint. unless its really rusty, then you need to get sparky with a welder

tho looking at it, it looks pretty bad, might want to find a mate with a welder if you cant weld...

have a dig and a wirebrush see how bad it is then get a plate welded

cut up a milk bottle or something similar and duck tape it over the rust! what an MOT tester cant see he cant fail, bodge i know but if it gets you an MOT lol

Clean it all up and treat it with kurust. and a lick of paint then fit some side skirts Wink

As said, have a poke around and see how bad it is. Kurust and similar can only do so much... and if you do that then cover it with a skirt it'll just trap moisture and you'll have a bigger problem to deal with.

Aye cos side skirts can be an advisory too being as the mot tester can't check the sills.
Seriously though before you even put the skirts on get it sorted and if it needs new metal letting in then get it done and treat it with anti rust and underseal - no need to paint it if you are putting skirts on.

If its all repaired properly treated and welded if need be. Then there will be no issues with fitting side skirts. I only said fit them as will save alot of work blending the paint in and flatting back and filling exc.

Cut the same section from another 306 and weld it on

As said fix the rust and pop some skirts over the top

I've got a set in diablo for sale too looking for £20
