77k 2.0 XU10J4RS VTS engine - Dangti6 - 08-10-2012

I have a good, low mileage 2.0 VTS (GTi6) engine here removed from a ph1 Xsara VTS.

It's covered 77k, pulls strong and doesn't tap. I've had the donor car for a year and it hasn't missed a beat.

It comes complete with the history from the donor vehicle to prove the mileage.

I've had several of these, and would keep it if I had the use for it in another 205, but I don't.

You don't find many with this mileage, or from someone who's run the car a while to know it's a good'un.

Prospective buyers are welcome to come and view/listen to the engine to see it's not a tapper.

I'm asking £400 for the engine complete with all pumps, wiring loom etc.

This is now removed from the vehicle and ready to go.

I have a video of it running for anyone interested to hear how quiet it is.

Bump, £350 complete.

Ideal to replace a knackered unit. Strip down a knackered engine and get £100/150 back for your bolt ons like injectors and alternator etc etc and it makes for a reasonably priced replavement.

Engines with this mileage are becomming few and far between now - and I've driven it for a year to know how well it runs, not just ran it for 2 minutes before breaking like most.

No tap, no stalling - a decent running engine will paperwork to verify the mileage as genuine.

Boing.

It then in that period covered the 10k or so to take it to 77k when removed.

I don't want to break this one up if I can help it as a healthy running engine of this mileage deserves to be given a half decent home.

Going to consider splitting this shortly which is a shame as there won't always be engines available with this low mileage that have been given a years testing Sad
