Vibration - td_dan - 28-12-2011 well iv recently had a bit of vibration through my pedals so i thought id check the engine mounts 1st finding this and this so after repairing the hole and replacing with the baker BM mount pictured i took it for a drive. Its miles better but still have a little bit of vibration through the pedals so could it be the mount (because i know a few people have said about them) or is there something else worth checking? Re: Vibration - td_dan - 29-12-2011 any one Re: Vibration - Matt - 29-12-2011 Uprated mounts can cause vibration, as they are stiffer Re: Vibration - Connor - 29-12-2011 Matt Wrote:Uprated mounts can cause vibration, as they are stiffer Twas what I was gonna say Re: Vibration - puglove - 11-01-2012 Any vibration through the steering wheel? Re: Vibration - td_dan - 11-01-2012 a little bit. Its mainly on idle Re: Vibration - D@wson - 11-01-2012 Exactly whats happend to mine... Still not fixed the hole mind. Re: Vibration - td_dan - 11-01-2012 dawson - iv put the mount in then the big washer underneath with 2 16mm nuts loctited into place it holds but still vibrates when idling Re: Vibration - D@wson - 11-01-2012 Yeah wait till you here my bodge job.... Welded the washer to the chassis Like a pro. Now its knocking in gear changes and you can here it if you physically rock the engine.
