HDi Injectors - cully - 07-08-2012

heres a list of compatible injectors and where to find them
might come in handy to some

there is also a pdf file for many other Bosch CR injectors across many makes good for cross referencing

RE: HDi Injectors - Scott - 07-08-2012

If someone would be so kind as to do the same for the XUD, XU and TU 306 engines that would be amazing. That'd be a nice chunk of information Smile

RE: HDi Injectors - cully - 13-11-2012

adding more info

Bosch P/N MFR number Type Nozzle number

0 445 110 008 198058 CR/IPS17/ZEREW10S 0 433 175 196 / DSLA142P795
0 445 110 044 96375360 CR/IPS17/ZEREK10S 0 433 175 196 / DSLA142P795
0 445 110 062 96400887 CR/IPS17/ZEREK10S 0 433 175 281 / DSLA142P988+
0 445 110 076 198084 CR/IPS17/ZEREK10S 0 433 175 281 / DSLA142P988+

The "DSLA" means that the nozzle orifice is cut into the needle seating area.
The "P" is the needle type that is in the nozzle- a 4mm diameter needle,
the "142" is the spray angle of the orifices.
The last number is not the orifice size, it's just the name or mfr sequene code

specifications
adapted to the engine version, for example: 5 holes, 0.16 mm in diameter or 5 X 0.20 or 6 X
0.15
i have not been able to find any info on Hole diameter other than this but ive only been able to find 2 different fitted nozzle codes

RE: HDi Injectors - C2K - 14-11-2012

That's quite interesting, thanks. If I was bothered by my injectors tapping i'd change them, but the 076 injectors fetch good money. Smile

RE: HDi Injectors - Poodle - 14-11-2012

Some good info there, Cully, thanks. Did you find what you were looking for in the end, or did you want hole diameter specs?

yes it was the hole spec i was after but this is not around the net

peugeot use
142deg nozzles on the 2ltr
144deg nozzles on the 2.2ltr(different injectors 0 445 110 057) but same nozzle style DSLA***P type (DSLA144P971+)

so the 2.2 nozzles should fit the 2ltr injectors but will that mess the injector up probably but who knows

RE: HDi Injectors - Poodle - 14-11-2012

It shouldn't mess the injector up, i believe tb205 is currently using different nozzles on standard HDi injector bodies and producing some good results, and i've heard of others that have done the same... Give me another 12 months or so and i hope to be able to tell you myself. ninja

RE: HDi Injectors - Jonny81191 - 07-03-2013

RE. Nozzle specs, here's what I can find for 142 deg nozzles.

DSLA142P795 5 x 0.18 x 142°
DSLA142P1025 6 x 0.15 x 142°
DSLA142P1474 5 x 0.175 x 142°
DSLA142P683 5 x 0.18 x 142°

RE: HDi Injectors - DeeTurbo - 27-04-2013

Is there any noticeable running difference between the 044 and 076?

I changed to some 044 the other year and I was thinking of going to the 076 if they're any better and if they would improve MPG?

RE: HDi Injectors - cully - 27-04-2013

not that I'm aware off
but the 044's are the oldest

044's are known to go noisy as are 062 i believe the 076's have a slightly different internals so reducing the noise

RE: HDi Injectors - DeeTurbo - 27-04-2013

So no real improvements in metering the fuel, just quieter?

RE: HDi Injectors - cully - 27-04-2013

only quieter if you find a good set thats why people look to the 307 as that is a later car Wink

by my maths combined area of the injectors is:
0.1272345mmsq for the 5 hole
0.1060287mmsq for the 6 hole

but i don't see how that is right, even checked my maths with an online area calculator and it gave me the same.
