hdi info - simonx3 - 23-07-2012 Ive been lookin at upgrade from the 1.4 to a hdi and was just wontering about tax brackets and insurance and wats the fuel like as do quite abit runnin to and from work everyday ne info would be great thanx RE: hdi info - cully - 23-07-2012 tax for newer than april 01 plates are £120 a year older ones are £220 a year i think fuel is the stinkin diesel type mpg depends on driving style anywhere between 44-52 mpg and insurance depends on many things like location, points, convictions, so get your own quotes RE: hdi info - simonx3 - 23-07-2012 So the tax aint like the 206 hdi then £30 lol RE: hdi info - cully - 23-07-2012 the only 206 hdi that are £30 are the 1.4 i believe and no the 306hdi are not £30 RE: hdi info - Poodle - 24-07-2012 Have seen anything up to and above 60mpg on a motorway journey from these engines as standard, goes down below 50 around town. Insurance is usually better than anything with a petrol engine in my experience. RE: hdi info - Midnightclub - 24-07-2012 We've managed 62mpg average with 90% motorway driving and that's whilst it was stage 2 as well, if anything as you tune them the economy gets better |
