I liked the colour too when I saw it, but I am sure this has been up for sale before with loads of problems. Plus your insurance would be insane.

looks alright all that trouble of changing it all to phase 3, but left the old phase tailgate, unless its had a rear ender.

I quite like it but its gotta be bad if your selling 1000miles after a £7k rebuild. I think that colour actually quite suits the 306, if it was an standard colour id be looking for one in that colour.

there angel eyes..... and yeah the fogs, i.e phase 3 front bumper as there round, and phase 3 rear end bumper, it also has the phase 3 color coded handles and bump strips and phase 3 rear lights, from the looks of the pic it has rain senser....
so why has it got a phase 2 tailgate as the bump strip on the back is meant to be black but been color coded phase 3 doesnt have it.

It's a phase 2 GTi-6, hence round fogs (standard issue on a ph2 '6) cut out rear bumper and therefore the boot lid is phase 2... It's a phase 2 GTi with angel eyes and a respray.

Ph2 gti front bumpers are the same as ph3 bumper, and its a "sport" rear bumper which were on ph1, 2 and 3, all be it ph1 are slightly different to ph2/3, ph2 rear light are the same as ph3 rear lights. Its also on a 98 reg which is ph2

I've seen this car in Reading before I believe (unless there's another one the same colour?!) and it looks awesome. I'd love to have it but it is a little worrying that it's only just been rebuilt and is only up for £1,500, and has all those extra parts
