My 106 Rallye - Eskiiboi - 09-06-2012

Just thought I would throw up a thread for my 106 Rallye. I just went to pick it up today 09/06/12

The lad I bought it off was the second owner and has had it 8 years. He seemed genuinely gutted to sell up but has just had a baby and needs money to move house

Heres the spec:

2003 saxo vts 16v engine done just over
green induction kit
supersprint 421 stainless manifold
pugsport scorpion centre section with magnex 3in back box

S1 rallye gearbox with quaife atb fully rebuilt with new clutch

206 gti calipers
266 brembo plain discs
mintex pads
new rear budget pads
goodrich lines

genuine peugeot driveshafts fitted same time as box and clutch
peugeot sport wishbones
powerflex antiroll bar bushes
powerflex rear beam mounts
ghost development coilovers
faulkner 225lb springs
peugeot sport tarmac dampers
peugeot sport 22mm torsion bars
bilstein rear dampers
24mm rear antiroll bar
low milage saxo vts rear axle
car is lowered approx 40mm

15 x 6 et15 speedline comp 2 alloys

cobra daytona seats
sparco wheel
rallye floor mats
alpine cd player
infinity speakers

The rear arches have been welded up but the inner wings in the bay need plating and then blowing over and she will be tidy

The only real plans I have ATM are a service, get some standard front seats and re-fit the decat

I love it to bits already, driving something with an LSD is rather unusual but brilliant fun

Haha yeah, the only 106 I would have is a Rallye Big Grin

samass Wrote:awesome!! LOVE these cars, always wanted one

Haha get one then mate. They are only getting rarer, and cheap at the moment!

Dicky Wrote:Love those reclining bucket seats suits the car really well

I think so too mate but I'm going to fit the standards and swap them for track days Smile

Re: My 106 Rallye - puglove - 11-06-2012

LOVE LOVE LLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOVVVVVVEEEEEEEE 106 Wallyes (bianca especially) They are stunning looking cars, BUT...................I just cant drive the bloody things, i had a 1.1 106 when i stared driving and stacked it because of the pedals being to close, few years down the road i bought a 106 gti had 2 near misses in the 1st week and had to sell it, so gutted as i would love one with mad power as a weekend toy Sad but i guess i will have to stick with the 6

My 106 Rallye - THE_Liam - 11-06-2012

I never had a problem driving my 106 GTI, and I've got size 11 feet...

Loved that car, wish I hadnt sold it. So much fun Smile

My 106 Rallye - Jukie88 - 11-06-2012

I wish I still had my Saxo limited edition San Remo über rare in champion white :-) absolutely loved it traded it in for a Leon cupra properly gutted although the chassis was slightly bent from a crash
:-( looking at this just makes me
Miss it even more
